Returns & Exchanges
At My Pawzessions we aim to provide you with quality, personalised products. Personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if My Pawzessions made an error with the name or design requested. We will not eaccept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item.
Shipping & Delivery Times
All items will be sent within Australia via Australia Post (regular post) unless otherwise requested.
We aim to produce your personalised item within 5 working days of the order being made. As we personalise each item, during busy periods, it may take up to 10 working days to personalise your product. The order will then be posted to you which can take 3 - 7 working days within Australia. We will advise you when we have posted your item.
We also ship internationally. If you are not in Australia and wish to purchase something, please email us at info@mypawzessions.com.au with your location details and we will provide you with a cost for shipping.
All items will be shipped to you undamaged and we can not take responsibility for items damaged during transit, please advise us if you wish to pay for insurance.
Order Cancellations and Changes
For personalised products, we can not accept cancellations or changes to an order. We will accept cancellations or changes to non-personalised products within 12hours of the order being made. Please contact us immediately at info@mypawzessions.com.au if you wish to cancel/change an order.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
Paypal is the only payment method we accept. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay using Paypal and we believe this is the best method to ensure customer security.
Credit Card Security
Since we only accept Paypal as the method of payment, we will never see your credit card details.
