- How will my items be sent to me?
Your items will be shipped with Australia Post. If you require insurance or express post, please contact us when ordering and we will arrange these services and let you know the added cost.
- Can I get any photo put on the photo products?
Yes! Our photo products make great gifts for just about anyone and personalising it with photos of the kids is a great idea!
- Can I just have a name and no photo on the products?
Definitely! If you would like just to have a background design with a name and no photo, just let us know when you are ordering.
- Can I personalise any of your products?
Unfortunately there are a few of our products we do not personalise due to the nature of the material they are made from. These are the: Soggy Paw Towels, Waterproof and Travel blankets and the Suede blankets.
